Enhancing Customer Engagement and Data Management 

Inviga has partnered with both Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) and Queensland Museum Network (QMN) to optimise customer engagement and streamline data management through advanced CRM solutions and modern integration architectures.

For QPAC, we enhanced their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM by resolving data quality issues, consolidating duplicate records, and developing custom modules for VIP invitations and fundraising. We also introduced a lightweight web application for quick access to contact and ticketing data, while leading the migration to the Braze Customer Engagement platform.

Both QPAC and QMN benefited from the implementation of our Datahub integration solution, built on Microsoft Azure, to ensure seamless data exchange between systems. This architecture enabled two-way data synchronisation, improved real-time data access, and eliminated dependencies on outdated technologies.

With Power BI providing advanced analytics, both organisations are now empowered to make data-driven decisions, enhance customer experiences, and operate more efficiently.

Modernising and Integrating Systems for Queensland Museum Network (QMN)

Queensland Museum Network (QMN) partnered with Inviga to overhaul their intranet and integrate a new ticketing system, Ticketure, to improve operations and communication. The intranet redesign leveraged SharePoint Online components, creating a more cohesive, branded platform that streamlined internal communication and improved staff access to essential resources.

As part of the system integration, Inviga implemented a modern datahub solution to seamlessly connect Ticketure with Dynamics 365. This scalable architecture removed the dependency on outdated technologies, ensuring the platform could adapt to future needs. The Datahub also enabled two-way synchronisation between Dynamics 365 and other systems, ensuring customer information was always up-to-date and minimising operational disruptions caused by system breakdowns.

Beyond integration, the Datahub serves as a central repository for all shared data, providing QMN with real-time synchronisation and actionable insights. With Power BI integrated into the datahub, QMN now has access to advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making and ensure efficient operations moving forward.
